In this video, I hook up a cheap fog machine to the intake side of my Bitcoin mining sheds to see how the airflow actually moves, instead of just assuming it does. The results showed some surprising circular air pockets inside the shed and hot exhaust air getting pulled underneath toward my second shed. It wasn’t the dramatic red smoke show I was hoping for, but it gave me a new barrier project to add to my upcoming shed day list. Whether you’re running miners in a shed, garage, or basement, always question the process and never assume your airflow is doing what you think it is.
