📌 VIDEO DESCRIPTION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This video is sponsored by HeroMiners.
In this video, I show you how to mine Quantus (QTC) on the HeroMiners mining pool, and how to get paid in Bitcoin (BTC) or Monero (XMR) instead of QTC. Quantus is a new Proof-of-Work, post-quantum Layer 1 coin mined on GPUs. I walk through the full setup on three operating systems: Windows with SRBMiner, HiveOS with a custom flight sheet, and Rabid OS. You will see the wallet setup, picking the lowest-latency server, pool vs solo mining, the miner config, confirming your rig on the pool dashboard, and the overclocks I use on my RTX 4090 and RTX 3000 series cards.
The big new feature: HeroMiners auto-exchange. If you choose BTC or XMR payouts, you do not even need a Quantus wallet. Just drop in your Bitcoin or Monero address and the pool converts your QTC for you on every payout. Payouts go out hourly, and the new HeroMiners site adds live worker stats, a mining calculator, block charts, and alerts for offline workers and hashrate drops.
My overclocks (same as my Pearl settings):
RTX 4090 (Windows): 2400 core lock, 200 offset, 810 memory lock
RTX 3000 series (OctoMiner): 1500 core, 810 memory
Quick tips:
– Use the latest SRBMiner-MULTI (3.8.0 at time of recording). Search "SRBMiner GitHub" since YouTube strips links.
– Windows Defender will flag mining software. Only download from the official GitHub.
– Your rig shows red/offline on the dashboard at first. Give it a few minutes of shares and it turns green.
Mining profits can change fast depending on price, difficulty, network hashrate, pool luck, exchange listings, and power costs. Always test your own hardware before switching everything over.
