Bitcoin treasury company Strategy has acquired an additional 3,459 BTC for approximately $285.8 million at an average price of $82,618 per Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), bringing its total holdings to 531,644 BTC—equivalent to more than 2.5% of Bitcoin’s total supply.

What Happened: According to an SEC filing on Monday, the purchases occurred between April 7 and April 13, funded by proceeds from the sale of 959,712 shares of Strategy’s class A common stock (NASDAQ:MSTR).
