In this video, I’ll show you how to solo mine Bitcoin Cash using home miners like the BitAxe and NerdAxe—and why it may be a more realistic solo mining experiment than Bitcoin.

If solo mining Bitcoin is like buying a lottery ticket, Bitcoin Cash gives small miners a much better statistical chance of actually hitting a block over time.

Because both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash use the SHA-256 algorithm, the same home solo miners can be used on either network. That means your existing BitAxe, NerdAxe, or other small ASIC can easily switch to mining Bitcoin Cash.
