Vitalik has tweeted out that the state-clearing process, for getting rid of the bogus spam accounts on Ethereum’s network at near zero gas cost, has concluded successfully/fully.

As confidence and good news returns to ETH, following all that trailed the DAO incident, could this finally be the start of a new bull market?
