The U.S.-Iran agreement has set Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu<\/strong> on a \u201ccollision course\u201d with President Donald<\/strong> Trump<\/strong>, according to a report published on Monday.<\/p>\n

A Major Rift Brewing?<\/h2>\n

An Israeli official told Reuters that the preliminary agreement is \u201cterrible\u201d for Israel and no one in the country\u2019s leadership views it otherwise.<\/p>\n

Notably, Trump described Netanyahu as a \u201cvery difficult guy\u201d in a New York Times interview <\/a>on Sunday, adding that the Israeli leader should be \u201cthankful\u201d to the U.S. for preventing a possible nuclear attack from Iran.<\/p>\n

But this is not the first time Trump has expressed his displeasure with Netanyahu\u2019s actions. Earlier this month, he reportedly called Netanyahu\u00a0“crazy”<\/a> over Israel’s attacks in\u00a0Lebanon\u00a0in an “expletive-laden call.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
