Although it <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">saw the light of day<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in 2019, its open mainnet and native token have yet to be launched.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The team has previously maintained that major milestones like these depend on successful KYC verifications and migration to the mainnet. Users had until January 31 to complete the steps, but the deadline <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">was recently <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/important-pi-network-pi-update-users-are-losing-patience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">moved<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to February 28.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cThe KYC and Mainnet migration deadlines for the Grace Period have been extended to February 28, 2025, ensuring Pioneers have additional time and opportunity to secure their Pi,\u201d the developers explained.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Constant delays and extensions have become a habit for Pi Network\u2019s team, and unsurprisingly, some users have lost hope that they will ever see actual progress. Others have gone even further, describing the project as a scam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meanwhile, the developers <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/massive-announcement-from-pi-network-pi-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">aim<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to launch the Open Network during the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">first quarter of the year<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> On that note, they <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">made a disclaimer<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that the milestone might occur before or after the Grace Period ends.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cSubmit your KYC application and complete your Mainnet Checklist by February 28, 2025, to avoid any forfeiture,\u201d they advised.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">XRP Forecasts<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ripple\u2019s native token is another highly intriguing topic in the cryptocurrency world. Its price experienced an impressive bull run in the last few months, <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ripple-missed-new-ath-by-just-1-can-xrp-break-through-today\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">rising<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> from less than $0.55 at the start of November 2024 to almost a new all-time high of $3.39 in mid-January.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, February has not been so kind to XRP. Some of the charges were later <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/bitcoin-rallies-toward-100k-as-mexico-and-us-suspend-tariffs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">suspended<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, which resulted in a revival of the cryptocurrency market.
