Most recently, the SEC enforced some amendments to its leadership, which could also <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be interpreted<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as good news for the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As <\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">CryptoPotato<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/important-ripple-v-sec-lawsuit-update-february-6\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"> reported<\/a>,\u00a0the agency <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">moved<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Jorge Tenreiro to its computer systems management department.
