This marks a 0.91% increase from its previous 4.09% ownership as of September 30, 2024, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/MSTR\/holders\/\" target=\"_blank\">Yahoo Finance<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/s\/schedule13g.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Schedule 13G<\/a> is filed when an investor acquires more than 5% of a publicly traded company\u2019s stock but does not intend to influence or control the company. Institutional investors must file within 45 days after year-end or within 10 days if ownership exceeds 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Since BlackRock\u2019s filing date was Dec. 31, 202.4, the firm had until Feb. 14 to disclose its position.<\/p>\n<p>In related news, S<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/02\/06\/strategy-sees-thursday-nasdaq-listing-for-strk-convertible-preferred-stock\" target=\"_blank\">trategy\u2019s perpetual preferred stock<\/a> (STRK) began trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday. According to TradingView, STRK closed the day up 2% with over 650,000 shares traded.
