XRP bulls reacted almost imminently to the downside and pushed the valuation to around $2.80 a day later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, the asset couldn\u2019t <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">keep the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> momentum, dropping below $2.50 on February 5. On the other hand, the analyst outlined $2.05 as a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">major<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> support zone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cI expect <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to see<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> further upside pressure from this region to get the next long opportunity. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A positive Bitcoin will be welcomed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">,\u201d they added.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Another individual who chipped in is the X user Sjuul, who <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AltCryptoGems\/status\/1888920861970682237\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">predicted<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a short-term rally above $3. However, the analyst warned that the asset might have a bumpy ride before reaching that peak, envisioning a potential plunge to $2.10.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cA sweep at around $2.10 would be an ideal area to do some business,\u201d Sjuul claimed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Bullish Signals<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Besides the optimistic predictions from multiple analysts, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">there are some factors <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/3-reasons-that-ripple-xrp-is-preparing-for-a-major-rally\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">indicating<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that XRP could indeed be preparing for another <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">leg up<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Such an example is the possible approval of spot XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the USA. Recall that <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on February 6<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, Cboe BZX Exchange\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">lodged<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> 19b-4 filings\u00a0on behalf of Canary Capital, WisdomTree, 21Shares, and Bitwise. The US SEC now must approve or reject the applications within 240 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If given the go-ahead, American investors would have more opportunities to invest in Ripple\u2019s native token, which could push its price upward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Next on the list is the whales\u2019 activity. Ali Martinez recently disclosed that large investors purchased 520 million XRP (worth over $1.2 billion at current rates) during the latest dip. This move decreases the available supply, potentially leading to a rally (assuming demand doesn\u2019t head south).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Last but not least, we will <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">touch upon<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the advancement of Ripple\u2019s stablecoin<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2013 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">RLUSD.
