Trading platform Robinhood Markets<\/strong> (NASDAQ:HOOD<\/a>) continues to add to the offerings available to retail traders.<\/a><\/p>\n

One of those offerings, crypto<\/a>, will get a boost thanks to the acquisition of <\/a>Bitstamp<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We have a lot of products,” Robinhood Crypto General Manager Johann Kerbrat<\/strong> told Benzinga\u2019s Zunaid Suleman<\/strong> in an interview Thursday at the 2024 HOOD Summit in Miami. <\/p>\n

In addition to stock and options trading, Robinhood offers cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: BTC<\/a>), Ethereum <\/strong>(CRYPTO: ETH<\/a>) and Dogecoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: DOGE<\/a>).<\/p>\n

With Robinhood Crypto, users can self-custody and control their own assets in wallets, Kerbrat said.<\/p>\n

For many new crypto investors it’s important to start small and learn about the assets before trading, he said. <\/p>\n

“For me, it’s all about education.\u201d<\/p>\n
