It is targeting a valuation of over $35 billion, the report added. CoreWeave was not immediately available for comment.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, bitcoin mining firm Core Scientific and CoreWeave said they were planning a $1.2 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/02\/26\/core-scientific-stock-surges-after-usd1-2b-expansion-of-data-center-with-coreweave\" target=\"_blank\">data centre<\/a> expansion in Texas.<\/p>\n<p>CoreWeave&#8217;s IPO plan is the latest in a series of U.S. listings by crypto-related firms, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/02\/15\/blockchain-com-takes-step-towards-ipo-with-new-executive-appointments\" target=\"_blank\">Blockchain.com<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/02\/11\/bitgo-mulling-ipo-this-year-bloomberg\" target=\"_blank\">BitGo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/02\/06\/billionaire-winklevoss-twins-backed-crypto-exchange-gemini-looking-to-go-public-bloomberg\" target=\"_blank\">Gemini<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/01\/16\/e-toro-crypto-friendly-trading-platform-files-for-u-s-ipo\" target=\"_blank\">eToro<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Artificial intelligence (AI) firm CoreWeave is planning to file for a public listing in the U.S. within a week, according to a Bloomberg report.
