Submit your KYC application and complete your Mainnet Checklist <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">by 8:00 am UTC on March 14, 2025<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, to avoid any forfeiture,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the announcement reads.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Disclosures of that type generally trigger mixed reactions across the community. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Some members appreciated the extension so they <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">can<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> have more time to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pass<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the necessary steps. Others, though, complained about <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> yet another prolongation, calling the project a scam.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Advice to Struggling Users<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this year, the developers behind Pi Network <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/pi-network-introduces-2-key-updates-to-improve-kyc-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">issued<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> key guidance to those having issues with the KYC verification process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">They said users whose Pi account name and KYC name do not match would\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">normally<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> have their applications rejected due to their failure to prove their ownership. To resolve the problem, people should resubmit their applications with corrected details or update their Pi account name with a penalty of forfeiting part of their Mobile Balance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cE<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ligible Pioneers include those whose KYC applications\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">were rejected<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> due to name mismatches.
