Plume<\/a>, the first L1 Chain purpose-built for Real World Asset Finance (RWAfi), and Cicada<\/a>, a leading market maker, liquidity provider, and venture capital firm, today announced a strategic investment program. This program aims to accelerate the adoption of RWAfi by providing funding, infrastructure support, and market-making expertise to early-stage blockchain projects in RWAfi and RWAI.<\/p>\n

This investment program is designed to accelerate the evolution of RWAfi \u2013 moving beyond basic tokenization to create new financial infrastructure that reimagines how real world assets operate onchain. By combining Plume\u2019s full-stack RWA infrastructure and tooling with Cicada\u2019s deep expertise in liquidity management, the program provides selected projects with the technical foundation, capital, and strategic ecosystem and market support to scale effectively.<\/p>\n

Selected projects will receive funding packages ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, and will gain access to core Plume infrastructure tools and programs such as Arc (full-stack tokenization engine),\u00a0Nexus (efficient, real-time data integration framework), Passport (composable, compliant smart wallets), and Plume\u2019s Aviation Academy. Projects also benefit from Cicada\u2019s established market-making expertise, ensuring robust liquidity foundations and price stability through launch and beyond.<\/p>\n
