It is trading at $2.31, marking a 1.3% daily gain and a 7.3% increase over the past week, though it remains down 56.5% from its all-time high of $5.35 in early January.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Before the SEC considers listing the ETF for trading, Canary must <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">also<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> file <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a Form<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> 19b-4, a regulatory requirement for ETFs seeking approval.
