(He said) there\u2019s gonna be a bitcoin strategic reserve and a crypto stockpile that will include things like XRP,\u201d Garlinghouse told Bloomberg\u2019s Sonali Basak, referring to the initiative formalized by President Donald Trump\u2019s executive order in early March.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Ripple CEO also foresaw a \u201cwave of XRP ETF approvals\u201d in the second half of 2025, noting a growing list of over ten applications pending with the SEC from firms like Bitwise and Franklin Templeton.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have immense confidence in the ETFs,\u201d he said, pointing to the success of XRP exchange-traded products (ETPs) outside the U.S. Meanwhile, a Ripple Labs IPO isn\u2019t out of question either. \u201cSomething is possible; it isn\u2019t a huge priority,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>XRP has climbed 11% to over $2.51 in the past 24 hours, leading gains in the broader market.
