That gives Metaplanet roughly $268M in $BTC, with plans to accumulate 21K $BTC by 2026 (so $1.7B $BTC at the current price).<\/p>\n

Metaplanet<\/a>, based in Japan, is rapidly becoming the MicroStrategy of Asia, seeking to be one of the leading Bitcoin reserve companies. And just to underscore their intentions, they\u2019ve added Trump to an advisory board.<\/p>\n

Eric Trump, Donald Trump\u2019s son, that is. He\u2019s an open fan of Bitcoin, posting often on X about crypto-friendly policies, and is considered to be a key voice in Donald Trump\u2019s crypto-friendly approach.<\/p>\n

Bringing him onboard the newly-formed Metaplanet Strategic Advisory Committee reinforces the company\u2019s Bitcoin goals, and could set up the world\u2019s leading crypto for big gains.<\/p>\n

Eric Trump isn\u2019t \u2018the\u2019 Trump, of course. But with 5.7M followers on X, he\u2019s a major pro-crypto voice in the United States and beyond.<\/p>\n

He was also a key figure behind the Donald Trump-boosted World Liberty Financial, which just completed a crypto presale that set records, raising $550M.<\/p>\n
