US President Donald Trump has hinted at flexibility regarding the reciprocal tariffs set to unveiled on April 2nd. The news has seen the Bitcoin price rally, offering a glimmer of hope for the market, including the BTC Bull token and other upcoming altcoins.<\/p>\n

So there\u2019ll be flexibility, but basically it\u2019s reciprocal,\u2019 Trump said in a press briefing<\/a> that took place in the Oval Office on Friday 22 March. The US president has dubbed April 2nd \u2018Liberation Day.\u2019<\/p>\n

According to an unnamed Whitehouse official<\/a>, countries that maintain tariff-free trade with the US and where the U.S. exports more than it imports will be exempt from tariffs under the reciprocal policy.<\/p>\n

Collective Sigh Of Relief From Markets<\/h2>\n

Traditional markets improved slightly following Trump\u2019s announcement, breaking a four-week losing streak. The Dow Jones Industrial Average<\/a> rose 1.2%; the S&P 500<\/a> by 0.5%; and the Nasdaq Composite<\/a> by 0.2%.<\/p>\n

The $BTC price also rallied following the Oval Office press briefing. And over the past 24 hours alone, Bitcoin\u2019s trading volume increased by 143.4%, according to Coinbase figures<\/a>. The $BTC price currently stands at $87.7K.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s a long way off from Bitcoin\u2019s ATH $109.26K in January this year. Yet considering that last week also saw the $BTC stoop to a low of $81.2K, it\u2019s welcome news that the crypto market has been waiting for.<\/p>\n

Analysts Bullish On The Bitcoin Price<\/h2>\n

Despite a rough start to the year, some analysts continue to\u00a0have high hopes for the $BTC price in the months and years ahead.<\/p>\n

Bitwise<\/a> CIO Matt Hougan, for one, cites the proposed strategic reserve, as well as progress on stablecoin and market structure legislation as among the \u2018game changing, positive developments\u2019<\/a> that should have put Bitcoin trading at $150K or $200K today.<\/p>\n

However, adds Hougan, economic uncertainty is standing in the way. If that can be alleviated, he says, \u2018we\u2019re on our way to where I think we\u2019ll be at the end of the year, which is Bitcoin $200K.\u2019 In another bullish forecast, Hougan expects $BTC will reach $1M by 2029.<\/p>\n

Robert Kiyosaki has also stepped up to endorse Bitcoin. The financial expert and Rich Dad Poor Dad<\/em> author took to X<\/a> earlier today, saying that \u2018The biggest opportunity in history is here\u2026 Bitcoin has made [it] easy for everyone [to] become rich.\u2019<\/p>\n

Kiyosaki is a longstanding proponent of Bitcoin, and in another X post earlier this year, he predicted that $BTC will reach $250K<\/a> by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not only analysts who are showing renewed optimism about the Bitcoin price. Crypto exchange Arkham shared on its X channel that a Bitcoin whale, who had been dormant for eight years, moved over $250M in $BTC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Crypto Market As A Whole Gains Traction<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s not only Bitcoin that has been buoyed by Trump\u2019s seemingly less-strict stance and openness to flexibility in terms of the upcoming tariffs.<\/p>\n

$ETH<\/a> is up 9% over the past week. $SOL<\/a> is up 10% over the same period. The meme coin market is enjoying better prices. $BONK<\/a> is up 23.5% over the past week. As for $FARTCOIN<\/a>, it\u2019s up by a massive 68%.<\/p>\n
