The assets in question include Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), and Dogecoin (DOGE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cAdding these new tokens gives our clients even more flexibility to diversify their portfolios and take advantage of opportunities across digital assets,\u201d said Steve Sanders, EVP of Marketing and Product Development at Interactive Brokers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He claimed that the effort aligns with the company\u2019s ongoing commitment to offer clients \u201ca comprehensive and efficient trading experience.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The newly introduced cryptocurrencies are not the only ones available on the platform. Over the past few years, Interactive Brokers has <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/interactive-brokers-and-paxos-launched-bitcoin-trading-services-to-institutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">enabled<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> trading services with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Price Reaction?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Despite the additional support from Interactive Brokers, the involved cryptocurrencies did not witness any price gains. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In fact,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> they have all entered red territory in the past 24 hours following the minor correction of the entire crypto market for that timeframe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ripple\u2019s XRP currently trades at around $2.37, a 4% decline on a daily scale and a 5% fall <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on a weekly basis<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. The asset witnessed a solid (yet short-lived) spike last week when Ripple\u2019s CEO Brad Garlinghouse <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/breaking-ripple-news-sec-will-drop-appeal-xrp-price-reacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">announced<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that the US SEC had dropped their appeal against the company, describing the effort as the end of the lengthy legal battle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this week, the chief legal officer Stuart Alderoty <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/is-the-ripple-vs-sec-lawsuit-indeed-over-after-this-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">said<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the company <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">will<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> withdraw its cross-appeal and pay a fine of $50 million (instead of the previously ruled $125 million), potentially marking the tussle\u2019s official end.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">That<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> said, XRP proponents will have to wait for other events that could act as price catalysts for the token.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> One example is the potential launch of a spot XRP ETF in the USA, which, <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/polymarket.com\/event\/ripple-etf-approved-in-2025?tid=1743069093937\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">according<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to Polymarket, has an 85% chance of seeing the light of day before the end of 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ADA, SOL, and DOGE have registered similar price declines in the last 24 hours.
