Net proceeds to the company after fees were $1.48 billion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/ix?doc=\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1326380\/000132638025000022\/gme-20250326.htm\" target=\"_blank\">according to a filing<\/a> Monday after the close of U.S. trading.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside its fourth quarter earnings report last week, GameStop \u2014 led by its CEO Ryan Cohen \u2014 announced full board approval of an update to the company investment policy to add bitcoin to the GME balance sheet.<\/p>\n<p>GME shares rose 1.35% during the regular session on Monday and are up another 0.8% in after hours action.
