data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bitcoin (BTC) became the talk of the town at the start of the year when its price <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/bitcoin-btc-sees-new-ath-chainlink-link-explodes-15-daily-market-watch\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">hit<\/a> a new all-time high of almost $110,000. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> happened in mid-January, but <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">since then,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the asset has been on a downfall<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Currently<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, BTC trades at around $86,500, representing an 6% decline on a monthly scale.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_390389\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to some analysts<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, though<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, the bull cycle might kick in at full speed again under some <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">important<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The X user Ali Martinez recently <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ali_charts\/status\/1907284102379696465\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">claimed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that BTC faces the 200-day Moving Average (MA) at $86,200 and the 50-day MA at $88,300 as \u201ckey resistance ahead.\u201d He assumed a breakout above these levels might \u201cshift <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">momentum<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> back to the bulls.\u201d Although bitcoin is currently above the first target, it still needs to close north of it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Gert van Lagen also chipped in, <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GertvanLagen\/status\/1907179897417568572\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">telling<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> his over 115,000 followers on X that BTC \u201cis continuing its bull market after bouncing off the neckline\u201d of a four-year-old Head and Shoulders (H&amp;S) formation. He believes the price could surge to a new ATH of a whopping $300,000 in the following months, but a weekly close below $74,400 might invalidate the potential rally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For their part, CRYPTOWZRD <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cryptoWZRD_\/status\/1907253631390273808\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">predicted<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that a \u201csuccessful bullish breakout\u201d of the $85K resistance area may <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be followed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> by a surge to as high as $91,500. On the other hand, a rejection could result in a crash to $78,200 and even lower.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Other Projections<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Another well-known industry participant who recently touched upon the matter is BitMEX\u2019s co-founder, Arthur Hayes. He <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/arthur-hayes-confident-in-250000-bitcoin-amid-feds-policy-pivot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">thinks<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the US Federal Reserve will eventually resume the quantitative easing (QE) monetary policy due to mounting political and economic pressure. In his view, this renewed liquidity injection will <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">drive BTC\u2019s price higher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The policy usually\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">occurs when interest rates are low and involves purchasing government bonds or other financial assets to stimulate economic activity.
