Shortly after, it registered a slight rebound and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">currently<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> trades at around $2.04 (per CoinGecko\u2019s data).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Numerous analysts noted the asset\u2019s latest pullback, projecting interesting targets for the short term. The X user CRYPTOWZRD <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cryptoWZRD_\/status\/1907615542254387261\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">said<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> XRP now tests the $2 daily support level, adding that \u201cwe need a reversal from this location.\u201d They also assumed that the performance of Ripple\u2019s cross-border token would depend on Bitcoin:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWhatever Bitcoin does, XRP will follow that. As of this writing, it is worth approximately $83,300, representing a 5% decline on a weekly scale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>BlockchainBaller was much more bullish, <a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/bl_ockchain\/status\/1907385026167136575\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">forecasting<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that XRP could soar to the $2.50-$3 range this month, driven by favorable legal outcomes and increased institutional adoption.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is important to note that <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">major<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> developments on the legal front have already played a role in the asset\u2019s price performance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Last month, Ripple\u2019s CEO <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/breaking-ripple-news-sec-will-drop-appeal-xrp-price-reacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">revealed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that the US SEC had dropped its appeal against the company, describing this as the end of the lengthy lawsuit. Several days later, CLO Stuart Alderoty <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/is-the-ripple-vs-sec-lawsuit-indeed-over-after-this-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">said<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the firm <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">will<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> withdraw its cross-appeal and pay a penalty of $50 million (instead of the previously ruled $125 million).
