An Australian entrepreneur could become a key contributor to the future of Bitcoin by transforming the coin into a tool that will push for economic inclusivity around the world.<\/p>\n

Craig Wright<\/a> is looking at building a global payment system on the back of the cryptocurrency, turning BTC into a medium for international transactions.<\/p>\n

Harnessing Bitcoin<\/h2>\n

Wright, who is also a computer scientist, aims to create a technology that would enable him to scale up Bitcoin<\/a> with the help of TerraNode.<\/p>\n

If successful, TerraNode would allow BTC to be used in daily transactions, increasing the coin\u2019s appeal to investors and consumers.<\/p>\n

According to Wright, he envisioned TerraNode as a system that would make global borderless payment possible which is run with the help of Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

The first phase of this vision is already in motion.<\/p>\n

After years of groundwork, we\u2019re scaling Bitcoin\u2019s system to a level where it will never hit a limit.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t about waiting until demand forces us to expand. It\u2019s about preemptively building an infrastructure that can\u2026<\/p>\n

The Aussie entrepreneur<\/a> revealed that the first phase of the system\u2019s development is ongoing, saying, \u201cThe first phase of this vision is already in motion.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added that after spending years developing it, he can now bring BTC to what he says is \u201ca level where it will never hit a limit.\u201d<\/p>\n

The businessman said the move is essential because he does not want to wait until the demand for BTC would force him to expand it. \u201cIt\u2019s about preemptively building an infrastructure that can handle anything, no matter how much demand grows.\u201d<\/p>\n

15 Years In The Making?<\/h2>\n

Wright said that it took him 15 years to make this system work and now it is starting to become a reality, claiming that the next decade of Bitcoin is about to unravel. \u201cWe\u2019re building a financial ecosystem that anyone, anywhere, can plug into.\u201d<\/p>\n

With TerraNode, Wright believed that he had created a system that could scale BTC infinitely with no constraint in its capacity, adding that the system not only meets the current needs, but it outpaces those needs in a magnitude not seen before.<\/p>\n

He said that TerraNode would embrace growth that is \u201caccessible, affordable, and ready.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to him, every individual around the world can use Bitcoin to trade and serve as a tool that would allow them to connect to the global market rather than \u201can asset to hoard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Facing Legal Charges<\/p>\n

At the moment, Wright has been facing legal issues<\/a> for accusations of forgery and perjury which originated after he claimed that he is Satoshi Nakamoto.<\/p>\n

Nakamoto is a mysterious individual who is believed as the creator of Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

However, a court ruled that all the documents being used by Wright to prove that he is the BTC creator are fake.<\/p>\n

The court has set a contempt hearing for the businessman on December 18.<\/p>\n
