Conversely, BTC prices have been in a correction since mid-January, with the chart showing that buying by this cohort has increased as prices have fallen.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Have you been stacking sats while prices dropped?<\/p>\n<p>If so, then you\u2019re in good company, as whale activity picked up in March and into April this year.<\/p>\n<p>In the past 2 months, large holders (those with a BTC balance from 1K to 10K) have been buying like never before <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/rkgfa5GZnj\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/rkgfa5GZnj<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Lark Davis (@TheCryptoLark) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TheCryptoLark\/status\/1912215871801479505?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">April 15, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2>Global Liquidity Rising<\/h2>\n<p>On April 15, CryptoQuant head of research, Julio Moreno, reported that the analytics platform\u2019s \u201cBull Score Index\u201d has been \u201cOff\u201d, or below 50, for 58 of the last 60 days, adding that this is a condition \u201chistorically associated with negative price trends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, this does not necessarily mean that the bull market is over, as corrections larger than 30% are quite common in this phase of the market cycle.<\/p>\n<p>On-chain and cycle analyst \u2018Root\u2019 looked at the bigger picture, observing that global liquidity is at an all-time high.
