Crypto operations will be brought out of the shadows,\u201d Siluanov stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The move follows the central bank\u2019s March 12 proposal to allow select investors to trade cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, within a controlled, three-year trial framework. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The plan introduces a new investor category\u2014super-qualified investors\u2014defined by significant wealth or income thresholds.
