Based on its recent examination, it <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/support\/announcement\/detail\/0274f9d47da1437990bc13eb17b0ec99\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">decided<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to terminate all trading services with Alpaca Finance (ALPACA), PlayDapp (PDA), Viberate (VIB), and Wing Finance (WING).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The delisting <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is scheduled<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> for May 2, when <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">all sport trading pairs involving the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">aforementioned tokens<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> will be removed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The token\u2019s valuation will no longer be displayed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in users\u2019 accounts after delisting. To view their assets after trading ceases, users should ensure they have not selected \u201cHide Small Balances\u201d in all (of) their accounts,\u201d the company clarified.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Binance explained that deposits involving these assets will not be credited to users after May 3, whereas withdrawals will become unavailable from July 4.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cDelisted tokens may be converted into stablecoins on behalf of users <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">after 2025-07-05 03:00<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> (UTC). Please note that the conversion of delisted tokens into stablecoins is not guaranteed,\u201d the disclosure reads.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Somewhat <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">expectedly<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, the news triggered a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">major<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> price decline for the affected cryptocurrencies. VIB and WING crashed by 42% and 36%, respectively, while ALPACA and PDA witnessed less substantial plunges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Reactions of that type are something normal. After all, withdrawn support from Binance leads to reduced liquidity and visibility. It can also trigger fear and uncertainty by damaging their reputation, prompting increased selling pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A similar thing <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">was observed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> earlier this month when the exchange <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/binance-delists-these-altcoins-triggering-a-price-meltdown-details-here\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">scrapped<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> 14 altcoins from its platform. Some <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">of the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> affected ones, including CREAM, recorded a whopping decrease of almost 60% after the announcement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Pumping Effect<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Conversely, embracing a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">certain<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> cryptocurrency in one way or another from Binance often results in a significant rally.
