To donate to my reserve to help prove me wrong that a Bitcoin reserve is a bad idea, here\u2019s the wallet address.<br \/>\nbc1q0vxwxsmkjy5t95qpc0mfznl59928grsr4wfa97<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Peter Schiff (@PeterSchiff) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PeterSchiff\/status\/1915195260554170797?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">April 24, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2>Famous Bitcoin Hater Peter Schiff Now Wants Some<\/h2>\n<p>He then posted a Bitcoin wallet address for X followers to send BTC donations.\u00a0According to one blockchain explorer, he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blockchain.com\/explorer\/addresses\/btc\/bc1q0vxwxsmkjy5t95qpc0mfznl59928grsr4wfa97\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">has received<\/a> about $20 worth of the cryptocurrency from two transactions since making the post.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Schiff\u2019s sudden interest in owning Bitcoin may be one of the most bullish portents of this market cycle so far. He has worked hard to stoke a reputation for hating Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>Searching his X timeline for posts mentioning the cryptocurrency, it is replete with hundreds of posts. All of them are fiercely critical. But not his latest post soliciting BTC donations.<\/p>\n<h2>The FOMO Is Strong With This Market Cycle<\/h2>\n<p>Just last week, Peter Schiff <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/peter-schiff-bitcoin-a-fraud-strategy-will-probably-go-bankrupt\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">said Bitcoin<\/a> is a \u201cfraud\u201d and Strategy founder Michael Saylor will likely go \u201cbankrupt\u201d hoovering it up.<\/p>\n<p>Saylor has <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/saylors-strategy-buys-another-3459-btc-for-286-million\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">been on<\/a> a warpath to acquire Bitcoin. He\u2019s even been issuing stock-convertible corporate bonds for the cash to buy more. As a result, his stock has 10X\u2019d on the Nasdaq in the past 24 months.<\/p>\n<p>Schiff sounded like Saylor himself when he followed up in the reply thread on his post Wednesday to say he is \u201cnever selling\u201d the BTC in his individual \u201cBitcoin reserve.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I\u2019m not making any money. He repeated that he\u2019ll never sell his BTC.
