When both align, they join forces to make a bullish environment anchored in fundamentals.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Bullish Bitcoin Technicals<\/h2>\n<p>The analyst added that their risk signal model has started its trend back down, which means liquidity has returned to the market. \u201cDownside pullbacks will be muted in this environment,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">BTC fundamentals have turned bullish, not a bad setup to break all time highs.<\/p>\n<p>I took a break from X to enjoy the NZ summer but every week I put out a series of analysis to my subscribers (this is a hobby, NOT a long term project).<\/p>\n<p>Thought I\u2019d post this update publicly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Willy Woo (@woonomic) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/woonomic\/status\/1916359463910707450?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">April 27, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>With medium-term targets of $90,000 and $93,000 being hit, \u201cthe $108,000 target is still in play with a new interim target of <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/bitcoin-btc-blasts-toward-95k-is-103k-next\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">$103,000<\/a> forming,\u201d said Woo.\u00a0However, in the <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/4-things-that-could-impact-bitcoin-and-crypto-markets-in-the-week-ahead\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">short term<\/a>, more sideways action or a slow grind upwards is the most likely scenario.<\/p>\n<p>He added that all dips are for buying under the present regime, and there is a good chance of them in the very short term, before concluding:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cBTC is setting up for another break of all-time highs if the capital flow trend continues.
