{"id":2443,"date":"2024-11-11T11:31:57","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T11:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=2443"},"modified":"2024-11-11T11:31:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T11:31:57","slug":"canaan-secures-major-mining-deal-with-hive-shares-soar-on-equipment-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=2443","title":{"rendered":"Canaan Secures Major Mining Deal With HIVE, Shares Soar On Equipment Order"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>On Monday, <strong>Canaan Inc.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:<a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/stock\/CAN#NASDAQ\">CAN<\/a>) revealed that its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary, <strong>Canaan Creative Global<\/strong>, entered into a purchase agreement with <strong>HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:<a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/stock\/HIVE#NASDAQ\">HIVE<\/a>) for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/pressreleases\/24\/11\/n41873010\/canaan-inc-signs-agreement-with-hive-for-avalon-a1566-miners\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Avalon A1566 mining machines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, Canaan Creative Global will supply HIVE with 6,500 Avalon A1566 miners, each offering an average computing power of 185 Terahash per second (TH\/s).
