According to the St. Louis Fed, M2 money supply has <a href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/M2SL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">increased<\/a> by 4% over the past 12 months.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEvery major Bitcoin bull market has followed this pattern: expanding money supply, softening financial conditions, waning trust in fiat. This is fuel, and Bitcoin is built to absorb it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Volatility also recently spiked to March 2020 levels. The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) \u2013 a measure of the stock market\u2019s expectation of volatility \u2013 has calmed, but uncertainty hasn\u2019t, and markets are twitchy, they said.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cBitcoin thrives in chaos because it offers certainty, finality, and neutrality when everything else breaks down.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Economist and author Timothy Peterson also <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/nsquaredvalue\/status\/1917939713693863954\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">commented<\/a> on the VIX, observing that the index has dropped from 55 to 25 over the past 50 trading days, and a VIX score below 18 implies a \u201crisk-on\u201d environment, favoring assets like Bitcoin, which could occur \u201cin a few weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His tracking model, which has been accurate 95% of the time, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/nsquaredvalue\/status\/1918396915374596477?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1918396915374596477%7Ctwgr%5Edd9aefe7d8a2041e32d3714a1c51ca3f62bb87c3%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fcryptopotato.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost.php%3Fpost%3D394807action%3Dedit\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">predicted<\/a> a BTC price of $135,000 in the next three months or so, if the VIX remains low.<\/p>\n<p>The Swan analysts pointed to the MVRV ratio, a measure of market value divided by realized value, which just bounced off 1.74.
