He <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ali_charts\/status\/1919641578697543764\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">argued<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that Cardano\u2019s native token was rejected at the top of its descending channel, which has been in play for the past half-year. That said, Martinez believes the valuation could continue to decline to $0.63 or even $0.54 \u201cif pressure persists.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Approximately a week ago, the X user touched upon the same pattern. Back then, ADA was worth around $0.72, and he <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/where-is-cardano-headed-next-top-ada-price-predictions-revealed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">envisioned<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a pump toward $0.88 in <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the event<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> of a breakout above the key level of $0.74. The price, though, could not pass that <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">important<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> barrier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Bullish Scenario<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Contrary to the assumption of a nearly 20% correction in the short term, some essential factors signal a potential price resurgence. In April, whales <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/410000000-ada-in-a-month-whales-continue-to-pile-up-so-when-a-cardano-surge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">accumulated<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> more than 410 million tokens, which, at current rates, equals roughly $270 million.\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> represents a much different strategy than the selling spree <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/100000000-ada-price-crash-incoming-following-extreme-offloading\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">witnessed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in late February and mid-March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When large investors fill their bags, it usually indicates a growing confidence in the asset\u2019s future performance. Smaller players closely monitor those actions and might also hop on the bandwagon, distributing fresh capital into the ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ADA\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI) also signals potential good times for bulls ahead.
