Federal Reserve and FOMC Keep Rates Unchanged<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

As anticipated, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell announced that benchmark rates would remain unchanged. <\/span><\/p>\n

The expected volatility failed to materialize. BTCUSDT prices moved sideways, even selling off slightly toward the end of the New York session.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before the rate announcement, the Bitcoin price was stable but traded sideways through the European and early New York sessions. No major price movements were recorded within the two hours following the FOMC\u2019s decision. <\/span><\/p>\n
