Flowdesk\u2019s new desk meets that demand by integrating lending, borrowing, and structured credit into its existing OTC and liquidity infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInstitutions trading digital assets require more than just efficient execution,\u201d said Reed Werbitt, Flowdesk\u2019s U.S. CEO and chief revenue officer. \u201cThey need tools to unlock capital and structure strategies with precision,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The new desk integrates lending, borrowing, and structured credit directly into Flowdesk\u2019s OTC and liquidity services.<\/p>\n<p>This rollout comes just two months after Flowdesk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/03\/04\/emb-march-4-4-am-et-flowdesk-raises-over-usd100-million-to-expand-trading-and-liquidity-desks\">raised over $100 million<\/a> to expand headcount and build out an over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives trading desk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur mission is to deliver institutional-grade trading solutions for the digital asset ecosystem,\u201d said Guilhem Chaumont, co-founder and Global CEO of Flowdesk in a release. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe launch of our Credit Desk is aligned with our commitment to expanding access to advanced digital asset strategies and robust risk management for a broader range of institutional counterparties,\u201d Chaumont said.<\/p>\n<p>Flowdesk\u2019s expansion comes amid increasing U.S. institutional interest in digital assets, and the White House giving the industry a regulatory green light.<\/p>\n<p>The trading firm has always been quite bullish on this narrative.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2023, at the height of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission&#8217;s (SEC) war on crypto, Flowdesk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2024\/07\/17\/market-maker-flowdesk-doubled-down-on-the-us-as-things-looked-bleak-now-that-bet-is-paying-off\">made the contrarian move to expand its U.S. office<\/a> even as others in the industry were looking offshore.
