The speech was the clearest evidence yet of a fundamental shift in the US regulatory approach, and Atkins was careful to give a cautious but firm endorsement of a pro-crypto framework.<\/p>\n

What was especially interesting was Atkin\u2019s acknowledgement of how finance institutions \u2013 TradFi \u2013 are moving to the forefront of crypto adoption.<\/p>\n
