Representatives of t<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">he world\u2019s largest asset manager <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/files\/ctf-memo-blackrock-05092025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">requested <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a meeting with the SEC Crypto Task Force to discuss perspectives on the treatment of staking, including considerations for facilitating ETPs with staking capabilities, and to discuss considerations for advancing the tokenization of securities under the federal securities regulatory framework.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>BlackRock has already launched spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, which have reported significant inflows.
