The case is already under appeal<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, first filed in December 2020, accused Ripple of raising $1.3 billion through unregistered XRP sales. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ripple Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/s_alderoty\/status\/1923087253036757209\">said in an X post<\/a> that &#8220;nothing in today\u2019s order changed Ripple\u2019s wins.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is about procedural concerns with the dismissal of Ripple\u2019s cross-appeal.
