It pumped to as high as $0.85 on May 12 before retracing to the current $0.78 (per CoinGecko\u2019s data), which represents a 30% increase on a monthly scale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to the popular X user Ali Martinez, ADA has the potential to hit the psychological mark of $1. The X user <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ali_charts\/status\/1923028848691773803\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">believes<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that to do so, the price must first break above the resistance level of $0.81. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is worth mentioning that the last time ADA traded above $1 was at the beginning of March. Back then, US President Donald Trump <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/xrp-ada-sol-skyrocket-by-double-digits-in-minutes-after-this-trump-endorsement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">revealed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that his administration would move forward with establishing a strategic crypto reserve that would include Cardano\u2019s cryptocurrency (among other leading digital assets). Soon after, though, he <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/market-tanks-after-trump-signs-executive-order-to-establish-strategic-bitcoin-reserve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">signed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the executive order, which excluded ADA as it was solely focused on bitcoin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Martinez isn\u2019t the only market observer envisioning additional gains for the asset in the future. Earlier this week, the X user Henry claimed to have explored numerous cryptocurrencies to determine which <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ones<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> are the \u201cgems with 100x potential.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">They <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/shiba-inu-shib-and-cardano-ada-are-gems-with-100x-potential-says-analyst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">included<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> ADA in the prestigious list, describing it as the ocean: \u201ccalm, deep, and misunderstood.\u201d Henry also argued that the token was \u201cbuilt to last,\u201d predicting a surge to $3 later this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Observing Some Indicators<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The X account with over 2.7 million followers \u2013 Whale Alert \u2013 recently <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/whale_alert\/status\/1922977719513493969\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">informed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that almost 70 million ADA (worth more than $52 million) were transferred from Coinbase to an unknown wallet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Such actions are generally bullish since they indicate a shift from centralized platforms toward self-custody methods and reduce the immediate selling pressure. However, since there were no actual details on the transfer, it could mean that it was an internal Coinbase shuffling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On the other hand, ADA\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI) has <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cryptowaves.app\/relative-strength-index\/ADA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">spiked<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to almost 60 on a daily scale. The momentum oscillator measures the speed and magnitude of the latest price changes to help traders identify possible bullish or bearish divergences.
