Legislative Roadmap For UK Crypto Firms<\/h2>\n

The UK Treasury plans to propose legislation addressing two key areas within the crypto space: stablecoins and staking services. Stablecoins, digital assets pegged to more stable values like fiat currencies, will soon be subject to regulatory discussions under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).<\/p>\n

Bloomberg reported that the focus will also be on \u201ccarving out\u201d a new classification for staking services, which enable token holders to support blockchain networks and earn rewards.<\/p>\n
