The offering is expected to close on May 29. Crypto.com and Anchorage Digital will provide custody services for the firm&#8217;s BTC holding.<\/p>\n<p>The story was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/05\/26\/trump-media-seeks-to-raise-3b-for-crypto-purchase-ft\">initially reported<\/a> on Monday by the Financial Times.<\/p>\n<p>DJT jumped more than 10% in premarket action, but has turned modestly lower in early regular session trading.
