Earlier today (May 29), it <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bitget.com\/support\/articles\/12560603828371?utmSource=Twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">listed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the product in its innovation and Web3 zone. The exact pairs available to users are RLUSD\/USDT and RLUSD\/USDC, as <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">withdrawals will be enabled<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">from May 30<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additionally, Euler Labs<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2013 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a UK-based technology company specializing in DeFi applications<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2013 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">also <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/eulerfinance\/status\/1927780035403874417\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">embraced<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> RLUSD.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> It allowed its clients to borrow, lend, or use the token as collateral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">RLUSD is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the American dollar. Its official debut was in mid-December last week, and initially, the exchanges that backed it included Bitso, Uphold, Bitstamp, Moonpay, and others. Earlier this year, the US-based Kraken and Gemini also <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ripple-xrp-news-may-13th\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">followed <\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">suit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Despite the growing interest and support from popular exchanges, RLUSD remains a minor player in the stablecoin sector. With a market cap slightly above $300 million, it accounts for just 0.12% of the niche\u2019s total capitalization of nearly $250 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The leader in the field remains USDT, issued by Tether. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Its market cap stands at almost $153 billion, followed by Circle\u2019s USDC, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">whose<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> figure <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> roughly $61.2 billion.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s worth noting that Ripple is reportedly making big moves in an attempt to acquire the company behind the second-largest meme coin. As <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/does-ripple-have-the-upper-hand-against-coinbase-in-the-battle-for-circle\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">reported<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">previously, individuals familiar with the matter claim that Ripple is slightly ahead of Coinbase in the battle for Circle, which, on the other hand, is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/usdc-issuer-circle-aims-at-5-65-billion-valuation-in-us-ipo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">planning<\/a> <\/span>an IPO in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>However, the USDC issuer later denied the aforementioned reports, indicating that it was not for sale.<\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cardano\u2019s Plans<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cardano has been actively exploring the integration of Ripple\u2019s stablecoin in the past several months. Its founder, Charles Hoskinson, initially expressed such intentions towards the end of 2024, following an apology to the XRP community for his past criticism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In November last year, he <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ripple-cardano-collaboration-seems-even-more-likely-after-this-development-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">revealed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> having a conversation with Ripple\u2019s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, during which the bosses supposedly exchanged kind words and hinted at a potential collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this year, Hoskinson <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ripple-cardano-partnership-coming-next-month-charles-hoskinson-weighs-in\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">stated<\/a> that<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the two teams had a call regarding the integration of RLUSD. Ripple fanned the flames of speculation about a possible partnership by <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ripple-xrp-news-april-8th\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">featuring<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Cardano\u2019s logo in one of its videos on X, shared back in April.
