What Lawsuit?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fast forward to May 29, 2025, and the SEC suddenly decided to end the whole thing. The agency filed a motion to dismiss the case \u201cwith prejudice,\u201d which is legal speak for \u201cwe\u2019re not coming back to this.\u201d The filing didn\u2019t offer much in terms of explanation, just that the SEC made the call after reviewing everything.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It\u2019s a quiet ending for a very loud case.
