{"id":29419,"date":"2025-05-30T10:46:49","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T10:46:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=29419"},"modified":"2025-05-30T10:46:49","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T10:46:49","slug":"hashkey-group-lists-xrp-for-institutional-investors-in-asia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=29419","title":{"rendered":"HashKey Group Lists XRP for Institutional Investors in Asia"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Hong Kong-based trading platform HashKey Group has announced the listing of XRP XRP for professional investors.<\/p>\n<p>The company said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/HashKeyExchange\/status\/1928367657243304239\">tweet<\/a> that spot XRP\/USD markets are now live, although the trading pair notched <a href=\"https:\/\/exchange.hashkey.com\/en-US\/spot\/XRP_USD\">just $4,000<\/a> in volume in the first hour after listing.<\/p>\n<p>HashKey Group is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and targets institutional investors in Asia.<\/p>\n<p>The listing comes after XPR was selected as one of five assets to be included in included in the U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/policy\/2025\/03\/02\/trump-to-establish-u-s-crypto-reserve\">strategic crypto reserve<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>HashKey Group cited XRP&#8217;s resurgence in late 2024 as a catalyst for this cycle&#8217;s first altcoin season, and in April it rolled out Asia&#8217;s first XRP tracker fund in partnership with Ripple.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHashKey Capital has been a valued partner in expanding institutional access to XRP across Asia, &#8221; Fiona Murray, Ripple&#8217;s managing director of APAC said in a press release. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>From launching the region\u2019s first XRP Tracker Fund to facilitating XRP\u2019s listing on HashKey Exchange, our collaboration reflects a shared commitment to real-world utility.
