SOL and SUI are notable underperformers, printing losses of more than 7%.<\/p>\n<p>Coinbase (COIN) lost 4.6%, Strategy (MSTR) slid 2.4% on Thursday, while a few miners including MARA Holdings (MARA), Riot Platforms (RIOT) and Core Scientific (CORZ) suffered 5% losses.<\/p>\n<p>Musk and Trump\u2019s argument, initially triggered by the potential effects of the \u201cBig, Beautiful Bill\u201d on U.S. national debt, quickly escalated on Thursday afternoon, with the President <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/unusual_whales\/status\/1930696227659919695\">saying<\/a> that the SpaceX founder had gone \u201ccrazy\u201d and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/atrupar\/status\/1930695775107101127\">threatening<\/a> to terminate government contracts for all Musk-led companies.<\/p>\n<p>The world\u2019s richest man, for his part, wrote that Trump was <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1930703865801810022\">implicated<\/a> in the Jeffrey Epstein files, stated that SpaceX would <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1930718684819112251\">decommission<\/a> its Dragon aircraft, and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1930719235770359903\">agreed<\/a> with a social media post calling on Trump to be impeached and replaced by Vice President J.D. Vance. Tesla (TSLA) stock fell more than 14% on Thursday.<\/p>\n<h5>Circle IPO day<\/h5>\n<p>Crypto prices <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/06\/05\/ptsd-afflicted-crypto-investors-hit-the-sell-button-after-circles-euphoric-ipo\">were already under pressure <\/a>on Thursday amid the euphoria surrounding the IPO of stablecoin issuer Circle (CRCL).
