{"id":30612,"date":"2025-06-06T13:17:55","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T13:17:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=30612"},"modified":"2025-06-06T13:17:55","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T13:17:55","slug":"iost-raises-21m-to-expand-the-rollout-of-its-tokenized-asset-infrastructure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=30612","title":{"rendered":"IOST Raises $21M to Expand the Rollout of its Tokenized Asset Infrastructure"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Modular blockchain platform IOST has raised $21 million in a strategic funding round to expand the rollout of its real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure across regulated markets, the company said in a press release on  Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The round was led by institutional investors DWF Labs, Presto, and Rollman Management Group, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>The funding will accelerate IOST\u2019s product development, validator growth, and ecosystem integrations.<\/p>\n<p>Tokenization is one of the main use cases of blockchain technology and it is attracting attention and investment from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/05\/22\/major-tradfi-institutions-to-pursue-tokenization-efforts-on-solana\">TradFi world<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Initial rollouts will focus on Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region, where IOST is among the few public blockchains approved by the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA), the release said. Expansion into the Middle East, Europe, and North America is already underway.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t just a capital raise.
