This shows the &#8220;reflexive power of institutional inflows.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>U.S. President Donald Trump directed his administration in March to establish a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/policy\/2025\/03\/06\/trump-signs-order-setting-up-bitcoin-fort-knox-and-digital-assets-stockpile\">Bitcoin Strategic Reserve<\/a> to hold the assets that have been seized by the government. He also called for a stockpile of other types of digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>Though seeded with seized assets, the SBR validates the largest cryptocurrency&#8217;s place in modern reserve strategy, one increasingly reflected in how institutions value and integrate the asset into global finance, the note said.<\/p>\n<p>While early holders still dominate ownership, sovereign endorsement is accelerating institutional confidence, according to Gemini.<\/p>\n<p>Liquid supply remains stable as assets migrate from exchanges to custodians, signaling consolidation rather than contraction, the report noted.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin volatility has declined, which is good for adoption.
