{"id":32682,"date":"2025-06-19T13:47:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T13:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=32682"},"modified":"2025-06-19T13:47:36","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T13:47:36","slug":"sol-strategies-files-to-list-on-nasdaq","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=32682","title":{"rendered":"SOL Strategies Files to List on Nasdaq"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>SOL Strategies, a Toronto-listed digital asset firm focused on Solana, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list on Nasdaq, as the company seeks access to the world&#8217;s largest economy.<\/p>\n<p>The company filed a 40-F form, according <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1846839\/000106299325011877\/form40fr12b.htm\">to a filing on Wednesday.<\/a> The 40-F form is required from Canadian companies wishing to offer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/s\/sec-form-40-f.asp\">securities in the U.S.<\/a> If the company gets approved by the SEC it will operate under the ticker STKE, it said.<\/p>\n<p>Getting approved by the SEC would grant the company access to Nasdaq, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/270126\/largest-stock-exchange-operators-by-market-capitalization-of-listed-companies\/\">the world&#8217;s second largest stock exchange<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of SOL Strategies closed over 4% higher on Wednesday at Canadian dollar $2.38.<\/p>\n<p>SOL Strategies has been ramping up its SOL investment. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/05\/06\/sol-strategies-buys-18m-of-solana-tokens-with-first-tranche-of-500m-note-deal\">In May, it acquired <\/a>122,524 SOL for $18.25 million.
