Paolo Ardoino<\/strong>, CEO of stablecoin issuer Tether<\/strong>\u00a0(CRYPTO: USDT<\/a>), said Thursday that the company has no plans to go public, despite Circle Internet Financial\u2019s<\/strong> (NYSE:CRL<\/a>) success on Wall Street.<\/p>\n

What Happened<\/strong>: During an interview with entrepreneur and investor Anthony Pompliano<\/strong>, Ardoino cited the company\u2019s profitability and conservative management as key reasons behind the decision.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are not interested to go public, especially given the fact that the company is very profitable, and this year we think we could beat last year profits, then you know why going public,\u201d Ardoino said.<\/p>\n
