{"id":33574,"date":"2025-06-25T08:31:40","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T08:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=33574"},"modified":"2025-06-25T08:31:40","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T08:31:40","slug":"nyse-tweaks-rule-to-list-trump-medias-bitcoin-ethereum-etf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=33574","title":{"rendered":"NYSE Tweaks Rule to List Trump Media&#8217;s Bitcoin-Ethereum ETF"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s media company is accelerating its crypto play.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Stock Exchange filed for a rule change on Tuesday that would enable it to list the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, a dual-asset fund <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/06\/16\/donald-trump-s-truth-social-files-for-dual-bitcoin-and-ether-etf\">proposed just last week by Trump Media and Technology Group.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If approved, the ETF would hold bitcoin BTC and ether ETH in a 3:1 ratio and be custodied and executed by Crypto.com, which also serves as the fund\u2019s liquidity provider.<\/p>\n<p>The filing, made under the SEC\u2019s 19b-4 process, marks a key procedural step toward public trading but doesn\u2019t guarantee approval.<\/p>\n<p>It comes less than a month after Trump Media said it would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/trump-media-raise-25-billion-fund-bitcoin-treasury-2025-05-27\/\">raise $2.4 billion<\/a> to build its own BTC treasury, though there have been no announced purchases so far.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the Truth Social ETF filings, Trump Media and Yorkville are planning a full suite of politically branded crypto products, including the America First Bitcoin Fund, the America First Blockchain Leaders Fund, and the America First Stablecoin Income Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Only the Truth-branded ETFs have been formally filed with the SEC so far.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/06\/16\/donald-trump-s-truth-social-files-for-dual-bitcoin-and-ether-etf\">Donald Trump&#8217;s Truth Social Files for Dual Bitcoin and Ether ETF<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s media company is accelerating its crypto play.
