The well-known cryptocurrency exchange <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.okx.com\/help\/okx-to-delist-x-bsv-gog-dia-bone-and-oxt-spot-trading-pairs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">announced that<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> it will delist several digital assets on July 7, with BONE included in the list.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">OKX has already suspended deposits involving the token, while withdrawals will <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be terminated<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> by the end of September.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWe will continue to monitor all listed trading pairs and implement the delisting\/hiding mechanism as necessary,\u201d the company concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">OKX boasts over 50 million users globally and is among the behemoths in its field. When it withdraws support for a token, it often leads to negative price impacts driven by reduced liquidity, limited access, and potential reputational concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">BONE saw the light of day in the summer of 2021 alongside the debut of ShibaSwap \u2013 Shiba Inu\u2019s decentralized exchange. It enables holders to vote on development proposals and influence protocol decisions, serves as a reward for liquidity providers, and functions as a gas token for Shibarium. During its early days, its price skyrocketed above $15, while currently, it trades at a mere $0.18.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Community\u2019s Reaction<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One person who gave their two cents on the delisting effort is the X user LUCIE, who serves as Shibarium\u2019s marketing strategist. The team member <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LucieSHIB\/status\/1939935656169398545\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">thinks<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> there\u2019s much panic over two (unnamed) \u201cmanipulative\u201d exchanges that have withdrawn their support from the token.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">LUCIE said they don\u2019t want to be involved in the drama, putting their trust in DeFi and highlighting its advantages over centralized platforms:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cI trust DeFi. Use good exchanges only to exchange.
