The XRP community has been making calls for a 1,000% surge in the XRP price. This comes following Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse\u2019s<\/a> symbolic reiteration of his support for XRP, which provides a bullish outlook for the altcoin.\u00a0<\/p>\n

XRP Price Gets Boost As Ripple CEO Declares 1,000% Support<\/h2>\n

In an X post<\/a>, Brad Garlinghouse put out the caption \u20181,000%,\u2019 in which he was alluding to his support for XRP and the community<\/a> as a whole. The community has described this post as being bullish for the XRP price and even called for a surge of 1,000%. Garlinghouse\u2019s post came in response to a post by Digital Asset Investor, a prominent XRP community member.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Digital Asset Investor drew attention<\/a> to the tattoo that the Ripple CEO had gotten following his firm\u2019s victory against the SEC, when Judge Torres declared<\/a> that XRP was not a security. Garlinghouse\u2019s tattoo featured the XRP logo, which included the date \u201807-13-2023\u2019, representing the day Judge Torres issued this ruling. Back then, the XRP price surged as much as 25% following Judge Torres\u2019 ruling.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Digital Asset Investor\u2019s caption highlighted the significance of Garlinghouse\u2019s tattoo and how it indeed showed the Ripple CEO\u2019s support for XRP. He claimed that for someone like Garlinghouse, who boasts a Harvard MBA, to have gotten a tattoo, it means that he has \u201cthought it through and knows it is only going to change in a good way.\u201d He then urged the community to lock in, just like Garlinghouse, who has zero doubts about XRP\u2019s trajectory.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Garlighouse had earlier urged<\/a> the community to \u201clock in\u201d following his announcement of Ripple\u2019s decision to drop the cross-appeal against the SEC. He also stated back then that his firm is focused on building the \u2018Internet of Value.\u2019 This is a significant boost for the XRP price, given its role in Ripple\u2019s payment services.\u00a0<\/p>\n

XRP Can Indeed Rally 1,000%<\/h2>\n

Crypto analyst Egrag Crypto has indicated that the XRP price<\/a> can indeed record a 1,000% rally. In an X post<\/a>, he revealed that the altcoin was forming a classic \u2018W\u2019 pattern. He then revealed that $15, $22, and $40 are the conservative, average, and optimistic targets, respectively, to watch. A rally to $22 will represent a surge of around 1,000% from the current XRP level.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Egrag Crypto had also earlier alluded<\/a> to historical cycles as the rationale behind why the XRP price can reach between $9.5 and $37.5 in this market cycle. He claimed that a repeat of Cycle 1 could lead to an XRP rally of 2,000% to $37.5. On the other hand, if the altcoin mirrors Cycle 2\u2019s performance, then it could record a gain of 455% and reach $9.5.<\/p>\n
